Individual mounting solutions for architectural wire mesh

Every project has its individual challenges. Whether curves, angled edges or recesses: together with you, we develop the optimum fastening solution for your wire mesh cladding on a project-specific basis.

We have already developed tried and tested mountingd for the following scenarios:

The clamping technique is adapted in such a way that even sloping end faces are framed and clamped accordingly.

Wherever the surface to be designed is not rectangular, we can adapt the wire mesh elements according to the desired geometry.
Even round edge areas are no problem with a correspondingly adjusted clamping technique.

Rounded wire mesh elements
With pre-rounded wire mesh elements, curves can also be clad without any problems. With pre-rounded wire mesh elements, curves can also be clad without any problems. With pre-rounded wire mesh elements, curves can also be clad without any problems.

Wherever our wire meshes are not to be used flat, pre-rounded mesh elements are the ideal solution.

Cut-outs

Cut-outs can also be made for doors and openings, for example. Depending on the position and size, it may be necessary to edge the Cut-outs to ensure even tension.

Architectural wire mesh is made up in different ways according to your requirements. Thus, the sides of an element can be bevelled by 90° or folded over by 180°. To eliminate the risk of injury to the mesh fabrics in accessible areas, it is also possible to enclose the wire mesh using edge protection profiles.

As an alternative to a conventional clevis screw, we have developed a special eyebolt for tensioned wire mesh . With this fixing, the tensioning bolt is attached to the back of the flat tension profile so that only the head of the countersunk bolt remains visible.

Advantage of this fastening solution:

  • Individual adjustment of the thread bolt
  • Connection to the clamping edge becomes "invisible”
  • The distance between the flat tension profile and the substructure can be decisively minimised compared to the conventional clevis screw

Wire mesh elements with slotted profiles are suitable for interior projects where high tensioning forces are not required. With this fastening, the wire mesh is folded over by 45° and incorporated into the slotted profile. Depending on the wire mesh specification, the slotted profile is welded to the architectural wire mesh for additional security.

With additional eyebolts, wire mesh elements with slotted profiles can be easily clamped into an existing substructure.

Instead of a continuous substructure, the fastening technology for facades can also be attached to single fastening brackets.

Technical plants such as lighting, sprinkler plant or ventilation plant can be combined effortlessly with architectural wire mesh, without limiting their function.

In compliance with transparency of the architectural mesh, lights can also be placed above the mesh elements. The loss of brightness is minimal.

With side lighting, you can use the reflective properties of the stainless steel mesh for discreet illumination. At the same time, you significantly reduce the visual transparency of the wire mesh fabric.

Wire mesh elements can be omitted appropriately for integration of lighting or technical plant.

Lighting elements can also be integrated into tensioned tracks through recesses. The recesses are provided with corresponding frames.
