If you would like to use our Artech ultrasonic technology on existing screening machines, we can retrofit your screening frames with the appropriate waveguide. Ultrasonic screen frames with an Artech frequency variation system are easy to use – thanks to our "Plug 'n' Sieve" concept. It's that simple:
- Install a screen frame
- Connect the Artech components
- Immediately screen with increased throughput
Ultrasonic screening on round screening machines
Retrofitting of your round screening machine is easy and can be done without extensive conversion work – at maximum a single hole in the machine wall is required. The feed rod is led through this hole, which then excites the waveguide ring and the wire mesh.
Depending on the type of screening machine and screen frame profile, there are various options for the design of the feed rod:
Ultrasonic screening on rectangular screening machines
HAVER-ARTECH ultrasonic technology can also support your screen cleaning and increase throughput on rectangular vibrating screens. Screening machines from many manufacturers can be easily retrofitted .
Depending on the size of the screen surface, one or more waveguide rings can be incorporated in one screen deck. The feed rod and converter can be attached to the short or to the long frame side, as it best suits your machine setup.
The angled support rods transmit the ultrasonic waves into the outer frame. In this way, they also excite the screen mesh in the corners of the frame.
