Of end and side tensioned screen section

Sreen sections with hooks are used on both side and end tensioning screening machines.

For side tensioned screen decks, replacing and tensioning a screen section is particularly easy:

You can easily readjust the tensioning bolts on the side walls of the screening machine.
In the event of any damage, you only need to replace the damaged screen section on single- or multi-deck screening machines.

On end-tensioned screen decks you can use the full width of the area available between the walls of the machine. Additional rubber or silicone side seals on the long sides provide for optimum sealing.

Special solutions

Our special solutions

For fine wire screen sections, it is particularly difficult to achieve uniform tensioning of the wire mesh over the entire panel width or length. Two special solutions have proven themselves for critical applications:

End tensioned double layered screen section, in the Multistretch version

HAVER MONO and MULTISTRETCH

The installation and perfect tensioning of our HAVER MONO and MULTISTRETCH screen sections is easy; overstretching is impossible.

For multi-layer screen sections HAVER MULTISTRETCH ensures that the screen and support layer can be optimally tensioned. The flexible PU-Strips adjust both layers to the perfect length.

HAVER MONO and MULTISTRETCH screen sections can also be used in the food industry and for application temperatures of up to 70°C.

Screen sections for the food industry

For use in the food industry with ambient temperatures of up to 60°C, Haver & Boecker offers a special food hook strip with the screen mesh being fixed to the hook strips and fully sealed with adhesives approved for use in food contact. Thus, complete cleaning of the wire screen sections is always possible, the formation of fungus and bacteria is prevented. All special hook strips are available for side- and end-tensioned screening machines.
