You could simply say that nothing works without them – but let’s take a closer look: A service technician is an ambassador for our company and therefore a figurehead for the Machinery Division worldwide. He’s on site when important innovations occur at the customer – but also when machine or operator problems bring production to a standstill. In all cases, he needs to keep calm, master difficult situations and demonstrate his skills to the customer as a competent mediating contact person for the entire product range. Ultimately, he’s the heart and hand of the Machinery Division.
Regular technical training on new developments is just as much a matter of course as language training and social skills training. When considering the role of our service technicians, particular emphasis is placed on the fact that – along with their close contact on site – they can also act as customer advisors and thus provide valuable sales support.
Thanks to over 100 service technicians who are on the road around the world in the service of the company and its customers!
