The ROTO-PACKER® RV Series

The ROTO-PACKER RV® rotary packing machine can fill between 1,000-6,000 valve bags per hour — that’s up to 100 bags per minute — in the cement, building materials and chemical industries. This valve bag filling machine can be built with up to 16 filling spouts featuring our patented ROTO-LOCK® dosing unit for cleaner, faster filling. The RV can be paired with a bag placement device and palletizer to create a fully automated bagging system and packing line.
