Space in your packing area can be limited with room for only the ROTO-PACKER® without adequate space for a bag applicator with bag magazine. With our RADIMAT-PATHFINDER®, however, you can optimally integrate the empty bag feed in a different area, another building or even another floor. The RADIMAT-PATHFINDER® automatically transports bags over a distance to the ROTO-PACKER® installed at the distance, or even in a separate room. Then, the bags are automatically shot onto the filling spouts of the ROTO-PACKER®. Automating bag transport brings great flexibility, efficiency and safety with reduced maintenance to the full packing process. Utilizing the RADIMAT-PATHFINDER®, operations can protect equipment like the RADIMAT® by placing it away from the packing process, decreasing required maintenance by reducing dust exposure. The RADIMAT-PATHFINDER® facilitates the ability to use both the ROTO-PACKER® and RADIMAT® in packing plants that have space constraints while building on the benefits of the RADIMAT® by extending distance between workers and the bag-filling procedure.
