Subway-Station Dortmund Barop

Further impressions

This subway station in Dortmund's district Barop is partially underground. Single wire mesh elements made from EGLA-MONO 4491 were installed to cover several concrete columns.

Of special interest is the contrast between the orange wall behind the installation. When looking directly at the mesh it appears almost completely transparent. With an angular view the mesh appears dense and the orange wall becomes invisible.
