The first pan-european ECO-Store of C&A received the BREEAM-rating "very good". The building stays below the ENEV 2007 requirements for new buildings by 43%, for old buildings even by 60%. Active environmental works through integrative planning of building services engineering and architecture, CO²-neutral.

The architectural mesh facade comprises of appr. 856 m². The specification LARGO-NOVA 2017 with its small open area fulfills all requirements for effective sun protection. The raw-material consists of more than 70% (up to 100%) recycled raw material, and, if ever necessary, can be fully recycled again.

The size of a standard element is 10 x 2,50 m. HAVER & BOECKER supplied and installed a total of 67 mesh panels as well as the round tubes for the intermediate mounting levels.
