Our corporate character

We make it easier for mothers and fathers to return to work after parental leave. Our working hours are flexible and extend within a framework of 6 am to 7 pm.

As a family run, medium-sized company, we have a clear administrative structure. The advantages are short decision-making processes and fast reaction times. Our management considers regular contact with our employees to be very important.

Joint social activities by many of our staff in support of local and international facilities are also a strongly unifying element.

Donations for projects in India and Brazil are also collected during the annually held cycle tours (Oelder Schwalbentour) and during car wash campaigns.

Health and safety at the workplace have the highest priority. Our company medical officers and our safety experts look after the needs of our staff and always focus on their well-being. Additional sporting events as well as free presentations on specific health topics are provided for our employees.
