Heat-resistant wire mesh & grids for heat treatment
Reliable heat treatment at 800–1200°C
In heat treatment, the right materials determine process stability, component quality, and cost efficiency. Our heat-resistant wire mesh and grids are specifically designed for use in heat treatment shops, where they withstand extreme temperatures, aggressive atmospheres, and cyclic loads. They form the foundation of your charging systems, from furnace loading to quenching.
Charging frame, basket, or support system
The difference lies in the wire mesh
While many suppliers focus on finished baskets, we focus on what determines their performance: the wire mesh itself. As the functional foundation of every charging solution, it has a decisive impact on stability, heat distribution, and service life.
This creates true flexibility in further processing into charging frames, baskets, support systems, and furnace components, as well as seamless integration into existing designs. In short: the product follows your process, not the other way around.
Heat-resistant stainless steel for demanding heat treatment processes
Our wire mesh products are manufactured from proven heat-resistant materials such as 1.4828 (X15CrNiSi20-12) and 1.4841 (X15CrNiSi25-21), highly alloyed stainless steels, or, for the most demanding applications, nickel-based alloys such as Inconel. These materials combine excellent temperature resistance, oxidation and corrosion resistance, and long-term dimensional stability under cyclic loading.
Proven specifications for many applications
The following three configurations provide a reliable foundation for typical heat treatment applications.
- 10 × 3,0 mm
- 10 × 2,8 mm
- 5 × 2,0 mm
Where requirements go beyond standard solutions, we develop custom-engineered wire mesh with tailored aperture sizes, wire diameters, and weave patterns. We also manufacture heat-resistant grids. Each solution is designed around the component geometry, loading concept, and process parameters to ensure optimized airflow, heat circulation, and stable system integration.
