Heat-resistant stainless steel for demanding heat treatment processes

Our wire mesh products are manufactured from proven heat-resistant materials such as 1.4828 (X15CrNiSi20-12) and 1.4841 (X15CrNiSi25-21), highly alloyed stainless steels, or, for the most demanding applications, nickel-based alloys such as Inconel. These materials combine excellent temperature resistance, oxidation and corrosion resistance, and long-term dimensional stability under cyclic loading.

The geometry of the wire mesh influences the entire heat treatment process. It controls heat distribution, reduces distortion, minimizes hot spots, enables controlled cooling, and contributes to long service life.
