Demanding filtration tasks in complex environments can pose special challenges for a fine filter mesh. To withstand high pressures as well as mechanical, thermal and chemical processes, fragile filter fabrics are firmly embedded in a composite with stronger fabric layers. These metal-wire mesh composite panels or mesh laminates can be further processed into stable filter media. We define the structure and the number of fabric layers individually according to your requirements.

Sintered regenerators

In the working process of Stirling engines, heat is stored in metal wires, more precisely in regenerators. These consist of hundreds of sintered mesh layers. The very large surface area and uniform porosity of this wire mesh composite ensures efficient heat transfer with minimal flow resistance for the working gas.
