ROTO-LOCK®

Financing service

We will provide you with a ROTO-LOCK® replacement set with a period of 36 months service. After installing this replacement set, send us your original dosing unit. We will replace the seal set, check the twist lock, and professionally overhaul the component. You will then receive the reconditioned dosing unit back – ready for use for the next change and financed via a monthly fee.
On request, our HAVER & BOECKER Service will carry out the replacement directly at your premises.

To ensure that your machine remains operational during maintenance, you will need a ROTO-LOCK® replacement kit. Once you have installed it, send us your original dosing unit. We will replace the seal set, check the twist lock, and professionally overhaul the component. You will then receive the reconditioned dosing unit back – ready for use for the next change.

ROTO-LOCK®

Seal set

Depending on usage, we recommend replacing the seal set annually. Assess the degree of wear on the rotary lock and use our specially developed tool kit with suitable press-in tools for professional installation.
On request, our HAVER & BOECKER Service will take care of removal, inspection, and installation directly at your site.

The ROTO-LOCK® is a unique achievement for the dosing process and it offers you reduced maintenance and long-lasting reliability for the entire filling process.
