Three-dimensional sieve movement
Haver & Boecker test sieve shakers produce a three-dimensional sieving motion. The screenings are accelerated vertically out of the meshes and simultaneously distributed over the screen surface in a circular motion. In this way, your sieving results are not only available to you incredibly quickly; they are also optimally reproducible at the same time.
Automatic amplitude control
For all electromagnetically operated test sieve shakers, we also use G-Control – an automatic amplitude control with permanent acceleration measurement of the entire sieve tower. This technology reliably compensates for all natural vibrations of the screening machine and the substrate. In this way, it ensures a constant amplitude value – regardless of the sieve load and the ambient conditions.

For analyses requiring wet sieving, we recommend the HAVER EML 200 Premium Remote with a separate control unit. Since extensive optimisation of the design and function of the lid, the full-cone nozzle is elegantly integrated into the lid. The lid with a sight glass gives you the usual view of the sieving material during sieving. In addition, the Premium Remote offers the identical functions and all the technical advantages of the HAVER EML 200 Premium.

The HAVER EML 315 digital plus 3D laboratory sieve shaker for test sieves up to 315 mm diameter is used for dry sieving and wet sieving of a maximum of 6 kg bulk material. You can set and save the sieving time, the interval and the level of the self-adjusting amplitude on the machine to obtain reproducible results.

The HAVER EML 450 digital plus for test sieves up to 450 mm diameter enables you to dry sieve and wet sieve a maximum of 15 kg of bulk material. The HAVER UWL 400 for test sieves with sieve frames made out of stainless steel or wood is specially designed for dry or wet sieving of coarse-grained sample material. Two three-phase unbalance motors drive this most powerful test sieve shaker from Haver & Boecker and generate a three-dimensional sieving motion.

Sieve pans catch the underflow of the bulk material and thus the finest particles. For wet sieving, you need a sieve pan with a full useful height and an outlet with a drain hose. These are equipped with an inclined bottom up to a diameter of 203 mm; the larger sieve pans for wet sieving have a straight bottom.
The ideal solutions for fixing the sieve tower on HAVER test sieve shakers are the Classic clamping system and the TwinNut quick clamping system. The difference lies in the TwinNut clamping system that can be opened, which allow a height adjustment without time-consuming turning. They are particularly suitable for sieving with frequently varying sieve towers.
To reduce the noise level in the laboratory environment, you can also operate your test sieve shakers in a soundproof cabinet. Depending on the machine type, the sound level can be reduced by up to 28 dB (A). Double viewing doors in the sound insulation cabinets for the HAVER EML 450 digital plus and the HAVER UWL 400 make it easier for you to access the machine.
