Real-time Trend Analysis

Automated real-time trend analysis of rocks

How to increase your productivity with HAVER INLINE systems

With our robust and self-sufficient HAVER INLINE systems, you can monitor, document and analyze unconsolidated bulk materials directly on the running conveyor belt or at the unloading station - continuously 24/7 and in real time. In this way, you already digitize your first process steps and optimize your efficiency right from the start.

Versatile analysis options

In addition to automated analysis of the shape and size of your bulk particles, the HAVER INLINE system also detects color differences. Real-time processing of the collected data provides you with continuous monitoring and automated process control.

The data can be sent directly to an alarm/PLC/process. In this way, you optimize the efficiency of your process and create additional capacity.

Here's how we analyze your trend:

Innovative technology in a small space

Thanks to their compact design, HAVER INLINE systems can be used very flexibly: The space requirement is minimal and intervention in existing process chains - for example by samplers - is not necessary.

Our HAVER INLINE systems are characterized by these technical details:

  • IP66 / NEMA 4 protection class
  • Ethernet interface
  • Communication standards Modbus TCP, OPC UA

Your advantages at a glance:

  • Easy installation
  • Intuitive "plug and play" system
  • Real-time data processing
  • Robust industrial design
  • Fully automatic operation
  • Low overall height

An adaptable frame construction holds the required lighting modules, the camera unit with the integrated computing unit and the control box.

Communication with other systems is possible via many common connection standards.

Typical application sites:

  • Before or after screening processes (screen break detection).
  • Before or after crushers
  • At pelletizing and pelletizing processes
  • At loading conveyors

Easy installation: camera unit with the integrated computing unit as well as the control box.

Intelligent sensor technology detects e.g. vehicles during loading and thus controls the recordings.

Communication with other systems is possible via many common connection standards

Typical application sites:

  • Loading and unloading points
  • On the vehicle
  • During the journey

Basic Version - Maximum grain size detection:

This specially developed system detects the maximum particle size. Limit values can be set accordingly. Alarm output or e.g. an automatic belt stop can be easily realized.

Basic-Version – Color-ID

[Translate to English:] HAVER INLINE Color ID [Translate to English:] HAVER INLINE Color ID [Translate to English:] HAVER INLINE Color ID

A specially developed system that detects material based on material color (Color-ID). Limit values can be defined for the different Color-IDs. If these are exceeded, messages can be issued fully automatically.
