"Flórián Udvar" bietet eine vermietbare Bürofläche von über 10.000 m² in der Mitte von Nord Buda, direkt am Flórián Platz.

Flórián Udvar verbindet sieben miteinander verbundene, 4 bis 5 stöckige Gebäude, die einen Hof umgeben, der den Mietern mit den Grünanlagen Zeit zum Enstpannen bietet. The Bürokomplex wurde im Juni 2008 übergeben.

Neben vielen modernen technischen Lösungen, die während der Renovierung integriert wurden, wurde der Komplex mit einem Parkhaus mit 240 Stellplätzen ausgestattet, das mit einer transparenten Gewebefassade aus DOKA-BARRETTE 8914 versehen worden ist.

Der Eigentümer BIF wollte die Architektur des 19. Jahrhundert beibehalten und hervorheben und gleichzeitig Stile des 21. Jahrhundert integrieren.

Flórián Udvar ist mit dem "BEST BUSINESS PROJECT" Preis des Property Forum 2008 ausgezeichnet worden.
