"Der ehemalige Schalterraum einer Bank wurde von der Stadtverwaltung für die stark kundenorientierten Serviceleistungen "Bürgerbüro" und "KFZ-Zulassung" umgenutzt.
Beide Bereiche sind funktional eigenständig und verfügen über einen starken Besucherverkehr. Um die Störungen im Betriebsablauf für beide Seiten möglichst gering zu halten, wurde eine zentral im Raum verlaufen Leitstruktur entwickelt
(Eingangsbereich mit funktionstrennendem Zugang, Raumteiler).
Der zentrale Raumteiler schwingt als Leitlinie zwischen den beiden Nutzungsbereichen "Bürgerbüro" und "KFZ-Zulassung". Er soll die Bereiche zwar funktional voneinander trennen, den Gesamtraum aber nicht zerteilen."
