Freizeit- und Erholungscenter der "University of Akron" erhält eine Gewebefassade aus Architekturgewebe.
Das Freizeit- und Erholungscenter der "University of Akron" wurde im August 2004 fertiggestellt. Das Gebäude beinhaltet eine dreigeteilte Turnhalle, einen grossen Fitnessbereich und vieles mehr.
Die 22 Elemente (ca. 155 m²) des Typ EGLA-TWIN 4223 sind als Fassade an der Seite und auf dem Dach des Gebäudes zum Einsatz gekommen um die Sichtbarkeit der Kühleinheiten zu minimieren.
Als Spannsystem kam das HAVER & BOECKER System Flachspannkante und Gabelschraube zum Einsatz.
