Das Kristall Business Center hat eine gewellte Fassadenverkleidung aus Architekturgewebe, die als effektiver Sonnenschutz fungiert.

Das Verwaltungsgebäude Kristall Business Center befindet sich im Zentrum von Sofia, an einer extrem kommunikativen Stelle- an der Ecke der "Todor Alexandrov" Blvd. und "Osogovo" str. Nur 50 m von "Mall of Sofia" und 500 m vom Parlament entfernt.

Die Innen-und Außengestaltung entspricht den neuesten Trends im Bau von Bürogebäuden.

Für Sonnenschutz-Zwecke wurden Architekturgewebe aus dem Seilgewebe MULTI-BARRETTE 8123 senkrecht vor die Glasscheiben montiert. HAVER & BOECKER lieferte insgesamt 290 m² Drahtgewebe.
