HAVER & BOECKER and BEHN + BATES:
Come and see a complete bagging line: our new AMICUS depalletizer, our RADIMAT® automatic bag applicator and our ROTO-PACKER®
The centerpiece of the joint Interpack appearance of HAVER & BOECKER Machinery Division and BEHN + BATES is a high-performance packing line with an 8-spout ROTO-PACKER® in two different designs, which is used in the building materials industry as well as in the food industry. The special feature of this line is that it is fully automatically controlled by the bags to be filled. By scanning an empty bag, the line receives the information on which product type is to be filled into which bag design. All filling line components then adjust to this bag type fully automatically.
At Interpack, we will demonstrate the entire process. After scanning, the new AMICUS depalletizer picks up the specified bag stacks from the pallet and places them on the holding table at the RADIMAT®. The bag scanner in the RADIMAT® reads the QR code for data transfer to the QUAT²RO® System Monitoring. Next the bags are automatically shot onto the spouts of the ROTO-PACKER® and processed.
The ROTO-PACKER® is equipped with eight spouts in two different designs for Interpack: Four spouts in BEHN + BATES design as SEAL Edition for sealing the bag valves after filling, four spouts in HAVER & BOECKER Machinery Division design. Two different types of sample bags are used, which are provided with a QR code. The code contains the information on which spouts the bags are to be shot onto and with which product the bags are to be filled.
AVENTUS

The AVENTUS trade fair presentation and in-house exhibition will focus on digitalization and maximum packaging performance, showcasing the capabilities of the FFS bagging system TOPAS SF. With an hourly output of the entire packaging line of over 2,600 bags in real packaging operation, AVENTUS solutions offer many advantages. The modern design of the TOPAS SF efficiently and reliably fills the latest modern FFS film qualities, even those with a recycled content of up to 70%. In this regard, AVENTUS works closely with Windmöller & Hölscher, one of the parent companies of the Westphalian joint venture. Furthermore, at Interpack, AVENTUS will showcase new digital products, for example for complete production management or Visual Assistance for efficient remote assistance. Stay tuned!
NEWTEC BAG PALLETIZING
The AURUM bag palletizer – a perfect pallet is your business card
At the Interpack, NEWTEC BAG PALLETIZING will be showcasing their orientation clamp – one of the essential modules of the new AURUM palletizer. It aligns the bags quickly and optimally before palletizing. The AURUM is one of the fastest granule bag palletizers available on the market. It is perfect for palletizing 5 to 50 kg bags filled with granules, microgranules, pastilles, pellets or flakes. It reliably processes all bag types (FFS bags, open mouth bags and valve bags) and can reach a palletizing capacity of up to 2,800 bags/hour, depending on the bag type, product type, palletizing pattern and pallet height.
FEIGE FILLING
New Touch Panel Offers The Most Modern Version Of WEB HMI
Putting the operator in the foreground was one of many aspects for an improved user interface and for the development of the FEIGE WEB HMI. One of the biggest advantages of the WEB HMI is that it is web-based. Therefore, the interface runs on almost any end device, such as cell phones and tablets, is platform-independent and can be operated on several devices at the same time. With multitouch and gesture control, the operation is adapted to the usual end devices and therefore structured in a way that is understandable for the user through scrolling, touch and the like.
In addition, Feige FILLING will present the semi-automatic ELEMENTRA series with the new FEIGE WEB HMI. The two container filling stations ELEMENTRA 24 for filling buckets and the ELEMENTRA 26 for filling containers on pallets with additional scale underframe for canisters provide an insight into the semi-automatic product range. In addition, the experts for liquid filling have the ELEMENTRA 29 drum filling station with them, this version is especially suitable for the filling of highly viscous media. All three machines are equipped with FEIGE ePOWER components as a cost-saving alternative to pneumatic drives.
